NEWTOWN, PA: The Centurions shut out Bulldogs of Bergen County College 5-0.

The Centurions scored 5 goals in the first half to defeat the Bulldogs. Freshman Jenna Dixon (Levittown, PA/Neshaminy) started the scoring off for the Centurions. Freshman Maddie Doyle (Chalfont, PA/Central Bucks South) scored two goals on the day. Freshman Kearra Yaffe (Feasterville-Trevose, PA/Philadelphia Academy Charter) and freshman Alyssa Miller (Levittown, PA/Pennsbury) added one goal each.

The Centurions move to 8-8 overall and 6-7 in Region 19.

The Centurions will travel to Blackwood, NJ for a showdown with GSAC opponent the Cougars of Camden County College on Saturday, October 12, 12:00 PM. The Cougars are 3-5-2 overall and 2-3-1 in Region XIX.
