Women's Soccer Back on Track with Win over Cardinals

NEWTOWN, Pa.- The Lady Centurions hosted the Cardinals of CCBC Catonsville on Saturday. Brooklynn Smith put Bucks on the board with a goal at the 15 minute mark. The goal marked as Smith's 6th of the season came unassisted. Moments later an own goal by the Cardinals would give the Lady Centurions a 2-0 lead at the half. Second half scoring began with a goal for the Cardinals as Colette Pierce shot one in off a Anna Muse assist. The goal gave Catonsville new life but nearly ten minutes later Smith would add her second goal of the day. The duo of Pierce and Muse would strike again a minute after Smith's goal to put the Cardinals right back into it. Although it was all defense from there as the Lady Centurions furiously cautioned any attempts at goal.
