NEWTOWN, Pa.- In the second game of a soccer doubleheader saturday the Lady Centurions hosted the Cougars of Lehigh Carbon. It didn't take long for Bucks to get in a rhythm as Brooklynn Smith scored just a minute into the contest. The goal would be Smith's third on the season as she leads the team in that category. A very tough and physical game would follow as both squads defenses were on the prowl. In the 65th minute of the second half Courtney Bernhardt shot in the closer for the Lady Centurions putting them up 2-0 for the eventual win. The ladies have now won their last two in a row. 

Lehigh Carbon drops to 1-1 overall. 

Bucks improves to 2-4-1 overall. 

The Lady Centurions will next travel to Union County College on Tuesday September 27th for a 3:30 pm kickoff.
