NEWTOWN, Pa.- The Women's Soccer team hosted Montgomery County Community College on Tuesday. In a hard fought battle the Lady Centurions found themselves coming out on top for the first time this season. The first half was mostly played in Montgomery's defensive end. It was not until 25 minutes into the game Naujy Serrano scored the only goal necessary to secure the win for Bucks. It became a defensive struggle after that with both teams defending their nets cautiously. With great defensive efforts from the entire team goalkeeper Holly Bowser was able to secure her first shutout of the season.

Montgomery falls to 0-4 overall and 0-2 in the conference. 

Bucks improves to 1-4-1 overall, 1-2-1 in the region and 1-0-1 in the conference. 

The Lady Centurions host Lehigh Carbon Community College on Saturday September 24th with kickoff set for 2:30 pm as part of the Alumni & Family day here on campus.
