NEWTOWN, Pa.- The Women's Soccer team was defeated by the Lady Vikings of Mercer County Community College in their home opener on Wednesday. In a first half that was filled with great defensive moments provided by Cassidy Rudd and Osuany Serrano it was not until 37 minutes into the contest Mercer found the net off a Janine Dennis shot. One of 24 shots goalkeeper Holly Bowser faced throughout the game. The Lady Vikings came out for the second half with a chip on their shoulder and delivered four more goals, two provided by Janine Dennis to cap off the hat trick. The final score Mercer 5, Bucks 0. 

Mercer improves to 4-0 overall. 

Bucks falls to 0-2 overall. 

The Lady Centurions will return to action Tuesday September 13th when they travel to Northampton Community College for a 3:30 pm kick-off.
