Women's Basketball: Bears defense too much

Newtown, PA, PA: The Bears of Harcum College were too much for the Centurions. The Bears defeated the Centurions 37-86 and move to 5-2 overall and 2-1 in region XIX.

Sophomore guard Cassie Tavormina conitues to lead the Centurions on offense with 12 points and 3 offensive rebounds. Kamiah Caraway picked up 10 of her own. Tavormina and freshman forward Koring Bradley (Levittown, PA/Neshaminy) each had 6 rebounds.

The Centurions move to 1-4 overall and 0-4 in NJCAA Region 19.

Up Next:

The Centurions finish their first half of the season at home on Saturday, December 12, 12pm. The Owls are coming off a victory over the County College of Morris 80-41.
