In the summer of 2023, was selected as to lead the Cenurions Baseball program as Head Coach. Prior to his new position, Coach Trainor has been with the program since 2017 as a assistant Baseball coach where his responsibilities included 1st base coach, outfielders, some fundraising, and assisting with recruiting.
Coach Trainor currently volunteers as the Lower Montco American Legion League Commissioner and the Cal Ripken District 4 Commissioner in the Buxmont area. During the summer months he is the head coach of the Centennial Senior American Legion team.
Prior to that Coach Trainor coached at Abington Friends High School.
