NEWTOWN, Pa.- The Women's Soccer team hosted Camden County College in the first round of the Region XIX Playoffs on Saturday. 

In what would be an evenly matched contest each team struggled to find the net in the first half as they played a scoreless 45 minutes. 

The Lady Centurions would finally score the go ahead and eventually game winner off a blast from Freshman Forward Katie Crouthamel (Quakertown, PA/Quakertown) assisted by Sophomore Sara Huntley-Jones (Langhorne, PA). Bucks would hold off Camden for the remaining time and go on to savor the 1-0 victory. 

With the win the Lady Centurions travel to Ocean County College on Friday, October 26th to face top seeded Brookdale Community College at 2:00 pm in the District C Championship. The Jersey Blues are currently ranked 5th in the nation and earlier this season defeated Bucks 6-1 at home on October 13th.
