EQUITY IN ATHLETICS DISCLOSURE ACT

The Department of Education requires that institutions submit annually information related to equity in athletics. The information must be made available to the public as well as submitted to the Department of Education. Bucks Community College annually provides all financial data related to athletics to the EADA.
