NEWTOWN, Pa. – Men's Soccer were unable to come from behind in the semifinals against Rowan College of South Jersey-Cumberland, falling by at score of 5-2 on Wednesday afternoon.

In a rematch from earlier in the season, it pitted the top team in the Pennsylvania's EPAC conference and the team that finished in second place in New Jersey's GSAC conference against each other in a semifinal game. Most would have thought based on records, consistency of play throughout the season, no bad results or placement in their conferences, that these teams would be ranked higher and set for games in a district final instead of lower seeds of 4 and 5 respectively.

The Dukes capitolizes on Bucks' miscues and seemed sharper of the two teams and took a 2-0 halftime lead. The second half started with the Centurions putting pressure on the vistors as shot hit the crossbar and was cleared off the line. The guest then countered to give them a 3-0 lead. Bucks got a spark from a dominate performance from freshman winger, Edwin Teah (Levittown, PA/Harry Truman) who got the home team on the scoreboard with a freekick he blasted by the keeper. He got his second of the game later on game as he dribble two defenders rocket a shot into the back of the net, unfortunately it wasn't enough.

"We came from behind many times before but this time we couldn't do it." commented Head Coach, Justin Burroughs, "We played our hearts out left it on the field but they capitalized on their opportunities and we didn't. They were the better team today but i'm proud of our team and program".

Bucks ends the season with a record to 16-3 overall.

RCSJ-Cumberland improsed to 10-4-2 overall.
