Men's Soccer Falls to 5th Ranked Camden

BLACKWOOD, NJ.- Men's Soccer battled the 5th ranked Camden County College on Sunday, September 30th and lost a hard fought battle by a score of 3-1.

Salvatore Ficarotta (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury) scored his 4th goal of the season to put Bucks ahead with 2 minutes remaining in the first half to give the guest the lead. The Centurions were unable to hold the lead as the top team in the region were able to respond despite a fantastic 8 save effort by freshman goalkeeper, Jorge Ramirez (Bensalem, PA/Bensalem) and strong defensive effort by sophomore defender, Jonathan Rodgers (Langhorne, PA/Neshaminy). "We put forth a great effort today and even though we didn't win we proved that we can compete at the highest level" said Head Coach Burroughs.
