Men's Soccer Clips Hawks

HARRISBURG, Pa.- The Men's soccer team traveled to Harrisburg Area Community College on Saturday. 

The scoring would come often and early for the Centurions as Sophomore Mohammed Abdul (Philadelphia, PA/Swenson) would score his first of the season off a penalty kick at the 15 minute mark. Roberto Montero would feed fellow Freshman Chris Clark to take the 2-0 advantage. The goal would serve as Clark's 7th on the season. Salvatore Ficarotta would close the half with an unassisted goal giving the team the 4-0 halftime lead. 

In the second half the Hawks would come to life and net 2 goals cutting Bucks lead in half. Goals would come from Bijaya Sura and Marco Serour respectively. The Centurions would be held scoreless in the half until Robert Ely found Ficarotta at the 75th minute to net the team's 5th. Freshman Hamzah Dabbour would fire a score assisted by Adhm Aly to cap off the game in the closing minutes. Keeper Kyle Davis would record two saves on four shots on goal. Final score Bucks 6, Harrisburg 2. 

Harrisburg drops to 0-3 overall. 

Bucks improves to 5-2 overall, 4-2 in the region and 4-0 in the conference. 

Next the Centurions travel to Montgomery County Community College on Tuesday, September 18th at 3:30 pm.
