Centurions Blank Cougars

NEWTOWN, Pa.- The Men's Soccer team hosted Lehigh Carbon Community College yesterday. The Centurions handled the Cougars in dominant fashion as multiple players scored a plethora of goals. 

In the first half Quaadir Palmer (Trenton, NJ) would get things started scoring a minute into the contest. Goals would follow by Tristian Brown (Levittown,PA/Pennsbury) at the 14 minute mark assisted by sophomore Mohammed Abdul (Philadelphia, PA/Swenson Arts), an own goal would occur two minutes later as Abdul found Brown for a second time to make it a 4 goal advantage. Prince Boafo (Bensalem, PA) would connect with Ilhan Zivali (Bristol, PA/Truman) to put the Centurions up 5-0 to end the half. 

The second half would start with Abdul scoring on a penalty kick. Freshman Joe Brown would find the net unassisted minutes later claiming goal #7. Chris Clark (Morrisville, PA/Pennsbury) would add two more assisted by Brown and Adhm Aly () respectively. Aly would net his own goal at the 84th minute and Publio Eduardo Ordonez-Pena (Doylestown, PA/Central Bucks West) would cap the scoring at 11 off a Kevin Fagan (Bensalem, PA/Bensalem) assist. Final score Bucks 11, Lehigh Carbon 0. 

Lehigh Carbon falls to 0-1 overall. 

Bucks improves to 1-0 in the conference and 2-1 overall. 

Next the Centurions host Rowan College at Gloucester County on Thursday, September 6th at 3:30 pm.
