Zivali's Hat Trick leads Centurions

NEWTOWN, Pa.- Bucks Men's Soccer had a massive scoring output against Northampton Community College in their 9-1 win on Tuesday, October 9th.

The Centurions let up the first goal of the game to a Spartan counter attack that seemed to wake up the Centurions as they pushed forward to score 9 goals to remain undefeated in the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference. Leading scorer, Chris Clark (Morrisville, PA/Pennsbury) tied the game after putting in a Quaadir Palmer (Trenton, NJ/Notre Dame) pass. Freshman, Joe Brown (Hulmeville, PA/Neshaminy) followed up with an unassisted goal then Ilhan Zivali (Bristol, PA/Harry Truman) converted a cross from Badr Fask (Bristol, PA/Harry Truman) to score his first of three goals for the day. Clark would add another with Salvatore Ficarotta (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury), Adjewoda Sanoumega (Philadelphia, PA) and Adhm Aly (Trevose, PA/Bensalem) each getting on the score sheet. "We got into a groove today and started to share the ball" stated head coach Burroughs, "When we do that, we are a very tough team."

Final score Northampton 1, Bucks 9.

Northampton drops to 4-7 overall and 4-4 in the EPAC.

Bucks improves to 10-4 overall and 8-0 in the EPAC.
