Centurions Secure Victory

NEWTOWN, Pa.- The Centurion Men's Soccer team started their 2016 campaign with a victory over Cumberland County College on Saturday. In a back and forth defensive struggle Bucks got on the board first at about the 8 minute mark with a goal by Victor Molina. Cumberland's Robed Valliere tied things up shortly after to send it to half at one a piece. The second half was more of the same with both teams trying to find their footing as this served as season opener for both squads. The Centurions finally broke the silence with a net swoosh provided by Nikolai Tsekirov and an assist by Victor Molina which gave Bucks the 2-1 advantage and eventual victory. Coach Burroughs remarked "We are always happy to get the win, but know that we have areas to work on."

Cumberland falls to 0-1

Bucks improves to 1-0

The Centurions will next travel to Valley Forge Military College on Tuesday August 30th.
