Men's Basketball Dominate Second Half Downs Delaware

NEWTOWN, PA. - Bucks men's basketball downed the visiting Phantoms of Delaware County Community College on Thursday afternoon by a score of 89-67.

The end first half had Bucks leading the visting Delaware County by only one point. The Centurions took complete control in the second half of the game going on multiple runs while picking up the pace of the game. Four players on Bucks scored in double figures for the day, led by Elijah Bryant (Philadelphia/Paul Robeson) with 22 points. Freshman, Jasier Carter (North Brunswick, NJ/Abundant Life Academy), Sophomore Luis Rodriguez (Bensalem, PA/Bensalem) and Octavio Alexander (Dallas, TX/Wilmer Huthin High) added 15, 14 and 11 points respectively.

The win improves the Centurions to an overall record of 7-12 and Delaware CCC drops to 7-18 overall on the season.

The Centurions are back in action on Friday, February 2nd in a critical ESAC match-up when they host Williamson College of the Trades with tip-off scheduled for 5:00pm.
