Centurions Snap Middlesex College win Streak

 

The Bucks County Community College Men's baseball team defeated host Middlesex College by an 8-6 score.  The Centurions (28-11) ended an impressive 15-game winning streak by the Colts (28-12).

 

Bucks fell behind Middlesex 6-0 after the first two innings but rallied late in the game to score the final eight runs to secure the victory.

 

The Centurions had four players have multiple hit games to fuel the offense.

 

Dalton Turner (Neshaminy) went 3-5 and drove home three runs, while Isaac Criss (Grove City) also went 3-5.  Brian Comer (Independence NC) went 2-5 with three runs scored, while Luke Shahin-Kubty (Archbishop Dennis O'Connor) went 3-5 for the winners.

 

BCCC received an excellent pitcher outing from Dennis Szychulski who fired three perfect innings of relief.  Szychulski collected his fifth victory of the season.
