Baseball: Centurions fall to Vikings

West Windsor, NJ: Bucks County Community College Centurions watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 12-0 loss to Mercer Community College on Tuesday. Mercer Community College scored on a triple by #20and a single by #19in the first inning.

The Centurions struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Mercer Community College, giving up 12 runs.

In the first inning, Mercer Community College got their offense started on error that  scored one run for Mercer Community College.

One bright spot for the Centurions was a double by Tyler Frakein the first inning.

Evan Matthewsstarted the game for. He went four innings, allowing five runs on five hits, striking out one and walking zero. Jojo Frascatithrew two innings out of the bullpen.

Frakeled the offense with two hits in three at bats.

Mercer Community College racked up 13 hits in the game. #1, #21, and #7each managed multiple hits for Mercer Community College. #1went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Mercer Community College in hits.

The Centurions are now 6-3.

UP NEXT:

The Centurions will be taking their annual spring break trip. The Centurions are set to 6 games in in four days. The will start off playing Owens Community College in a double header on Saturday, March 13 for a 10am start.
