PHILADELPHIA, Pa.- Bucks Baseball team traveled to Ramp Playground for a single nine inning contest with Lackawanna College on Wednesday afternoon. 

Lackawanna took the lead on a walk in the second inning. The Centurions struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Lackawanna, giving up 13 runs.

The Falcons got things moving in the first inning, when Summarrell drew a walk, scoring one run. Lackawanna scored four runs in the third inning. The offensive firepower by Lackawanna College was led by Williams and Lindsday, who all drove in runs.

Kitchell led things off on the pitcher's mound for Lackawanna College. He lasted four innings, allowing three hits and two runs while striking out eight.

Evan Matthews (Langhorne, PA/Neshaminy) was on the hill for Bucks. He lasted one inning, allowing zero hits and one run while striking out one.

Edmund Parry (Levittown, PA/Neshaminy) went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Bucks in hits.

Lackawanna College racked up nine hits in the game. Summarrell, Lindsday, and Williams each racked up multiple hits for Lackawanna College. Lackawanna College didn't commit a single error in the field. Kitchell had the most chances in the field with two.

Lackawanna improves to 1-0 overall. 

Bucks drops to 1-2 overall. 

Up next the Centurions travel to Surf Stadium in Atlantic City, NJ to play the Buccaneers of Atlantic Cape Community College in a regional doubleheader on Sunday, March 3rd at Noon.
