Coach Thomas was a varsity member of the track & cross country teams at the University of Kansas. He was also the head track & field and cross country coach at Montgomery Township High School in Skillman, NJ, where he coached numerous county, group and state champions. In total he bring over 25 years of experience in track and field and cross country as both an athlete and coach.
