NANTICOKE, PA: Sophomore Reland Saughling (Quakertown, PA/Quakertown) finsished 5th overall in the 5K with a personal record of 22:34 at the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) Championships hosted by Luzerne County Community College. Saughlin's finish earned her First Team All-Conference. Freshman Samantha Beverly (Newtown, PA/Council Rock North) also had a great day finishing with a season best time of 26:46.  

Up Next:

The Centurions will head to Newark, DE on Saturday, October 26 to participate in the NJCAA Region XIX Championships at White Clay Creek hosted by Del Tech Stanton.
