Women's Volleyball: Fall in EPAC battle

 JENKINTOWN, PA: The Centurions women's volleyball team struggled with EPAC opponent the Cougars of Lehigh Carbon County College in 3 sets with scores of 19-25, 19-25, 19-25.

Freshman OH Princess Snorweah (Fairless Hills, PA/Pennsbury) led the Centurions with 11 assists and freshman MH/OPP Courteny McGurl (Dublin, PA/Pennridge) adding another 10. Freshman OH Celina Varian (Churchville, PA/Council Rock South) led the Centurions with 9 kills and Sophomore MH Jacqueline Schaeffer (Bensalem, PA/Archbishop Ryan) added to the scoring with 7 kills. On defense freshman OH Katrikki Lennon (Levittown, PA/Pennsbury) led the Centrurions with 5 digs and Celina Varian contributed with 4. Schaeffer also had a big day at te net with 4 solo blocks. As a team, the Centurions had 24 kills, 22 aces, 15 digs and 5 blocks.

The Centurions will play the Blue Jays of Manor College in game two. 

The Centurions are 0-5 in EPAC and 0-4 overall.
