Central Penn College defeats Centurions in a 3-1 Victory

Newtown, Pa: On September 14, 2024, Central Penn faced off against Bucks County Community College in an intense soccer match that ended with Central Penn securing a 3-1 victory. The game, held at Bucks, showcased the prowess of Central Penn's offensive lineup, particularly the standout performance by Zachary Sperlich.

The match kicked off with Central Penn quickly taking the lead in the 13th minute, thanks to an unassisted goal by Sperlich. Bucks County responded swiftly, equalizing the score at 1-1 in the 19th minute with a goal by Aiden Perry, assisted by Raphael Fernandes. However, Sperlich was not done yet, as he struck again in the 21st minute with another unassisted goal, putting Central Penn ahead 2-1.

The second half saw Central Penn solidifying their lead. In the 62nd minute, Blake Eiserman scored the third goal for Central Penn, assisted by Anthony Cervantes, bringing the final score to 3-1.
