Men's Soccer: Still Perfect

Newtown, PA: Centurions continue unbeaten streak by defeating the Spartans of Northampton Community College with a 5-2 victory.

The Centurions once again came out quickly scoring in the first minute of play with a goal from sophomore midfielder Hamzah Dabbour (Langhorne, PA/Neshaminy). The Centurions were up 2-0 before Northampton's Stivan Kumbarov scored to bring the Spartans within 1. At the 43:00 mark Centurion Vincent Hosephros scored from an assist from freshman forward Edwin Teah to put Bucks up 3-1 before the half ended.

In the second half, the Centurions continued to put the pressure on by adding 2 more goals to go up 5-1 (Hosephros (57:00) and Teah (58:00). The Spartans scored with 12 minutes to go in the game. The game ended in a 5-2 victory.

The Centurions are 4-0 overall and 3-0 in EPAC play. The Centurions stay at home against the Phantoms of Delaware County Community College this Thursday, September 12 for a 3:30 PM start. The Phantoms are 2-2-1.
