Men's Soccer Defeats Rowan College at Gloucester

SEWELL, NJ.- The Bucks Men's Soccer team traveled to Rowan College at Gloucester County on Thursday for their season opener. Sophomore Derek Czerniak (Yardley, PA/Notre Dame) would get things started at the 15:56 mark of the first half netting a goal off a penalty kick to give the Centurions the 1-0 advantage. Centurion Freshman Tristian Brown would score the game winner at the 70:00  minute mark in the second half off an assist from Czerniak. Five minutes later Dylan Skidmore would make things interesting putting the Roadrunners on the board and back into the game at 2-1. The Centurion defense would be too much to overcome as Rowan College at Gloucester County was unable to tie things up. Final Score Bucks 2, RCGC 1. 

Rowan College at Gloucester County falls to 0-3 overall and 0-1 in the region. 

Bucks improves to 1-0 overall and 1-0 in the region. 

The Centurions will next travel to Ocean County College on Tuesday, September 5th for a 4:30 PM kickoff.
