CHAUTAUQUA, NY.- Bucks Men's Golf team scored a 333 overall after the first round of the NJCAA Division III National Championship, placing them 7th in team standings.
Georgia Military College and Vincennes University finished round one tied for first place with a score of 318.
Individually sophomore John Buliga (Langhorne, PA/Neshaminy) lead the way firing an 80 with 13 pars putting him in a tie for 18th out of 84 golfers, followed up closely by Kevin Hilton (Yardley, PA) who shot an 83, freshmen Brendan Strenge (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury) carded an 84 and Aaron Crosson (Hatfield, PA /Pennridge) scored an 86 as Ed Powers (Newtown, PA/North Penn) rounded out the team score with a 97.
Second Round of play begins Wednesday, June 6th at 9:00 am on Tee 1 as Buliga tees off first followed by Hilton at 9:08, Powers at 9:16, Crosson at 9:24 and Strenge at 9:32.
