Farrad McLaughlin

Coach Farrad McLaughlin was hired as the head coach of the Centurions in October 2022. The 2022-23 season marks his first season as the head coach of the program.  

Mclaughlin brings over 8 years of collegiate coaching experience to Centurions Athletics.  Prior to Bucks, Coach McLaughlin was assistant coach for four years at Cabrini University, where the team made the Division 3 NCAA tournament twice, won the CSAC conference championship in 2018, coached a National Player of the year Tyhiem Monroe as well as recruited all conference player Keith Blassengale.   Prior to Cabrini, coach spent four years learning and coaching at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where the team made the NCAA tournament and won PSAC West regular season 4 years, won 2 PSAC Championships with several all Americans and All conference players. 

Coach Mclaughlin has served as head coach in several youth programs such as the Belmont Charter High Head Varsity Coach and Philly Pride AAU 17u Head Coach 2021-2022.  Coach also involves himself in youth camps and clinics, the most recent at Villanova, Rider, Syracuse, HoopGroup, WilmU, and Basketball Athletes of Tomorrow.

Coach Mcllaughlin is a West Philadelphia native who went to Sayre High School and played three years of varsity ball. After high school,  coach received his B.S in Sports Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and M.S. in Leadership from Cabrini University.
