Men's Basketball Fall to Apprentice

NEWTOWN, PA. - Men's basketball win streak was snapped at 3 by USCAA power, The Apprentice School on Sunday afternoon by a score of 90-74.

The Centurions had problems with the Builders hot shooting from the field, as they shot 47% from the field and their full court pressure. Bucks was down by as much as 29 points but climbed their way back into the contest. Freshman, Elijah Bryant (Philadelphia/Paul Robeson), led the team in scoring with 24 points, while sophomores, Luis Rodriguez (Bensalem, PA/Bensalem) 14 points, Jaden Fogg (Morrisville, PA/Morrisville) 15 points, Jaquis Heath (Newtown, PA/La Academia Partnership) 10 points added to the totals.

The loss drops the Centurions to an overall record of 8-13 and The Apprentice School improves to 17-4 overall.

The Centurions are home on Friday, February 9th when they host USCAA opponent, Villa Maria with tip-off scheduled for 5:00pm.
