Men's Basketball: Buzzer Beater Victory

Randolph, NJ: The Centurions Men's Basketball team secures thrilling victory on the road with a game winning buzzer beater 3-pt shot by Kristopher Shields over the Titans of the County College of Morris 80-79. This marks the third game winning buzzer beater of the season for the Centurions.

Freshman forward Kristopher Shields (Feasterville, PA/Bensalem) led the Centurions with 19 points that included his last second game winning 3-pointer. Sophomore Keith Howard (Feasterville, PA/ Bensalem) contributed 16 points to the victory. It was Howard again leading the team with 11 rebounds. Defensively, the Centurions were dominate on defense with 35 rebounds.

The Centurions move to 6-7 overall and 3-4 in Region XIX.

The Centurions will continue their 3 game road trip by visiting Delaware Technical College-Stanton on Thursday, January 23 for a 7pm tip. Del Tech is 6-8 overall and 3-4 in Region XIX.
