Men's Basketball: End first half with victory

Newtown, PA: The Centurions Men's Basketball returned to form with a convincing victory over the Bulldogs of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology with a 71-64 score to end the first half of the season.

Freshman forward Keith Howard (Feasterville, PA/Bensalem) continues to be the leading scorer for the Centurions. Howard dropped 20 points on the night. Freshman guard Nasir Williams (Bensalem, PA/Bensalem) added 13 points while freshmen Nick Dunn (Perkasie, PA/Pennridge) and Patrick McCauley (Southampton, PA/William Tennent) each contributed 12 points. Freshman forward Kristopher Shields (Bensalem, PA/Bensalem) led the team with 9 rebounds.

The Bulldogs drop to 4-5 in region XIX and 4-6 overall.

The Centurions end their first half of the season 4-5 overall to 3-5 overall and 2-3 in Region XIX. 

Up Next: 

The Centurions will return for the spring semester at the Hawks of Harrisburg Area Community College on Tuesday, January 7, 2020, 7pm. The  Hawks are 2-9 overall and 2-6 in Region XIX.
