NEWARK, NJ: The Centurions men's basketball team fell to the Wolverines of Essex County College 67-73. Essex moves to 4-2 overall and 1-0 Region XIX.

Freshman guard Kristopher Shields (Bensalem, PA/Bensalem) led the scoring with 19 buckets. Freshman forward Keith Howard (Feasterville, PA/ Bensalem) and freshman guard Nasir Williams (Bensalem, PA/Bensalem) added 16 points each. Howard led the Centurions with 10 rebounds.

The Centurions are 2-2 overall and 1-2 in the NJCAA Region 19.

Up Next:

The Centurions will travel to Branchburg, NJ to face the Lions of Raritan Valley Community College on Saturday, November 23, 2PM. The Lions are 4-3 overall and 3-0 in Region XIX. They are coming off a loss to the Colonials of the Community College of Philadelphia 54-66.
